The good news of living a vegan life style

The good news of living a vegan life style is the constant robust good health that surrounds us.

When asked “How are you”,  it is a delight to genuinely reply with an honest and strong affirmation as to how well we really are.

This proclamation of wellbeing often surprises the recipient and indeed it surprises us as well, as we too are delightedly surprised as to how good we feel, day after day.

Another delight is learning to make the most of plant based, whole food recipes.  Once we remove meat, the tastes of each vegetable can each be identified and relished.

As we receive suggestions of recipes, we test them to suit our tastes and then put them up on the web.  The recently published Cajun Vegetable Stew, the Potato Pizza and the Cream of Soups are each worth a try.

If you have any recipes to suggest or comments on a published recipe, please come back to me.

This video is essential viewing, even if you want only to live a little bit longer.

The free video is 55 minutes long, about the length of time you might spend with a high cost specialist.

So make a coffee, pour a wine, or even a stiff drink if you need it, and settle down for some amazing statistics given by an entertaining and knowledgeable presenter.  Watch it till the end to understand why we are not all vegans.

To all my family, friends and acquaintances, I implore you to take the time to watch this insight on how to live a long time.

A shouted warning.

If a man cancelled his ticket knowing that a plane was going to crash, should he keep the knowledge to himself, should he quietly tell a few around him to do the same, or should he shout his information out for all to hear?

If he walks, without imparting his knowledge is he selfish?   If he tells only a few people is he cowardly?  If he tells everyone is he spoiling everyone’s trip?

I suspect, if we were related to a victim, we would expect him to take courage and shout to all.  However if the same ethics are applied to someone who knows that the food being served will cause a health crash, he is often coerced to remain silent and join the doomed flight to death.

The scientific findings are perfectly clear; eating meat and milk invokes suffering and death from chronic diseases.

Many of us do not wish for anyone to unwittingly suffer, or die, so we are inclined to shout the warning.

I saved these two videos to pass on to my sister, but I think they are both worth sharing with everyone.

One short and cryptic video is easy to view and persuasive.  The one longer video carries much solid evidence, and well worth the effort to view.

How the Danes thrived during the First World War

It is amazing to me that we are all so slow to learn from hisory.  Being healthy from a plant based diet has always been known among some, but carefully hidden from the rest of us.This article regarding the health of Denmark during the British blockade of the North Sea during WW1, shows that nothing under the sun is new.
