Leak and Potato Soup 

Par boil 

• potatoes 

Add and continue cooking.

• cauliflower 
  

Steam on top of the cooking potatoes and cauliflower

• chopped leaks 

Puree the spuds and cauli.

Bring the puree back to the boil and add leaks.
