Ice Cream

There can be many variations to the following; they make wonderful deserts without a sign of cream or sugar.

Freeze on a tray

• Peeled bananas chopped in 30mm lengths
  

Pack them free flow into a bag or container.

To make ice cream - blend until smooth

• the equivalent of 2 bananas in frozen pieces, 
  
• 1 peeled orange, chopped
  
• 1 tbs Cashew Cream
  
• 1 tbs of a liqueur (optional) 
  

Other options include 
frozen cooked kumara, 
frozen berries 
any other frozen fruit.
