Chickpea and Pumpkin Curry

Add
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 thumb size Ginger chopped
- T tsp Aromatic mix
- 2 tsp chilli paste
- 2 cups Vegetable Stock
- 1 kg thumb sized pumpkin pieces
- 1 can Tomatoes or equivalent fresh
- 2 cups cooked chick peas
- A handful of chopped spinach or any green leafed vegetable.
- Coriander
- 1 bay leaf
- Thyme branch
Add
- ½ - 1 cup cashew cream
