Bean Bake
Cover and cook at 100° for 4 hours.
- 1 Chopped onion
- 2 chopped garlic
- 3 chopped carrots
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 4 chopped mushrooms
- 2 - 4 cups cooked mixed beans (or one or two cans)
- 4 chopped tomato (or can of puree)
- Salt
- Aromatic mix
- Paprika
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Basil
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ cup red wine.
