- 650 g bok choy
- 500 g choy sum or broccoli or spinach
- 450 g snake beans or frozen beans
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce – can be watered down
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 600 g firm tofu
