At the same time sauté until they are just tender.
Note - If you want to include beans or legumes to the above, they should be cooked prior and added with the root veges.
Sauté
- chopped onions
- chopped garlic and ginger,
- curry powder, to your taste.
Season with
- salt and pepper
- Aromatic mix
- other herbs to taste.
- Cashew nut cream.
- Root vegetables such as spuds, parsnips, kumara, and pumpkin chopped into reasonable chunks.
At the same time sauté until they are just tender.
- green vegetables such as beans, cabbage, peas, cauliflower, broccoli etc, suitably chopped
