Hummus
Chuck the following into a blender.
Note. You can add flavours to the above by blending such additions as 500g of roast pumpkin (black bits are ok), warmed up frozen peas or broad beans.
- 2 cups cooked chick peas
- 4 cloves of garlic, or less if you find it overpowering.
- 2 tsp Aromatic mix
- 1-2 tsp chilli sauce, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sufficient vege stock or water to allow the blender to work.
