- 10 – 15 fresh Chillies (or soaked dry chillies)
- 8 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp. aromatic mix
- 2 stalks lemongrass, chopped
- ½ cup chopped
- 1 tsp. red miso
To make the Soup
Bring to boil
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- Chilli paste
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 ½ cups sliced beet greens
- 1 cup turnip or fennel chunks
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup firm tofu chunks
- 1 cup coarsely chopped rocket lettuce
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped parsley
