Tomato on Courgette

Slice about 8mm thick

• Courgettes 
  

Cover each slice with

• Grated onion
  

Then

• Smoked garlic salt.
  

Then

• Tomatoes, sliced
  

Place on oven tray and bake for 30 minutes at 200°.  
These can be served hot or kept in the refrigerator and served cold.
