Tomato Sauce

Saute 

• 1 chopped onion
  
• 2 cloves garlic
  

Add and continue to simmer for around 15 minutes

• 1 can chopped tomatoes
  
• 2 tbs tomato paste
  
• 2 chilies or the equivalent in paste
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
