- 5 cups water
- Potatoes chopped
- Carrots sliced
- Kumera chopped
- 2 tbs tomato puree
- Frozen peas
- Frozen corn kernels
In a separate pan, sauté in vegetable stock
- 1 onion chopped
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Selection of green vegetables, chopped
- Chili paste or equivalent
- Aromatic mix
- Salt
