Stuffed mushrooms
These make an excellent plant based snack
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Grind in blender
about 12 mushrooms.
Layer the stuffed mushrooms on baking paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
You can serve them right out of the oven or at room temperature.

- 2 slices cold toasted bread
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup raw cashews pieces
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp aromatic mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
