Bean and almond burger
Cook until tender and liquid is absorbed
In a bowl combine all the elements
If mixture is too wet add
Form into burgers.Cook in preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes, turning after 20.
- ½ cup brown rice
- 2 cups vege stock
- 1 cup red onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup basil, chopped
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chillie paste
- ½ cup raw almonds, lightly toasted
- 2 cups (1 can) cooked white beans
