Dipping Sauce

Ideal for asparagus, globe artichokes and any other vegetable which may be enhanced by using a hollandaise style dip.

Blend until creamy

• 2 tbs cashew cream
  
• 1 peeled orange chopped
  
• ½ a peeled lemon chopped
  
• 1 clove garlic
  
• Salt and pepper
