Carrot Salad.
Place in a saucepan with water to just cover and simmer for 3 minutes

- ½ kg peeled and sliced in ovals
- juice from one orange
Whisk
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- crushed garlic,
- 2 tbsp lemon juice,
- chopped coriander,
- 1 tsp ground cumin,
- 1 tsp honey,
- salt and pepper.
